Fueling Silicon Valley since 1997. Authentic Super Burritos and Street Tacos just minutes from San Antonio Station and Shoreline Amphitheatre.

The ultimate comfort food. Crispy fries loaded with marinated steak, melted cheese, fresh guacamole, and crema.

A Mountain View heavyweight. Huge flour tortilla stuffed with meat, rice, beans, and smothered in our house red sauce and melted cheese.

Traditional beef tripe soup served hot with onions, cilantro, lime, and handmade tortillas. The perfect weekend cure.

Cheesy, crispy tacos filled with tender beef birria, served with consommé for dipping.
Los Altos Taqueria isn’t just a name; it’s a staple of the Mountain View community. Located at the corner of Old Middlefield and Rengstorff, we have been serving the “Tech Hub” long before the biggest campuses were built.
Whether you are a Google engineer grabbing a quick lunch, a family visiting Rengstorff Park, or a music fan heading to Shoreline Amphitheatre, we serve honest, Jalisco-style Mexican food with zero compromise. We peel our own tomatillos and marinate our Carne Asada daily.
Hosting a team meeting at The Crossings or Intuit? Skip the cold sandwiches. We offer hot Taco Bars and Burrito Boxes perfect for corporate lunches.

H JTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I pretty much only have the chilaquiles (in salsa verde) here, which are fantastic. I've had a few other things which I don't like as much (tacos and asada fries come to mind). It used to be significantly cheaper until about a year or two ago, but its still great value for massive portions. Their horchata and jamaica are good too. Nora IsmailTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The tamales and vegetarian food is amazing. The asada was good too. I ordered burritos and they're cool, so are the tacos and Chile relleno. It's great for being in Mountain View but I grew up in a Mexican neighborhood and had the best Mexican neighbors who always made me homemade food. I would always send them food from my culture too. I'm used to authentic Mexican food. This is great food but all my Mexican aunties make it better. A for effort though. And if you never grew up with Mexican family members, you'll love this place. It's just that I'm used to something on another level. I feel like my Mexican friends are my family members too because that's how we grew up together. Also, most of my close friends are from Mexico and even born there so they're not Chicanas or Chicanos.Google rating score: 4.2 of 5, based on 1480 reviews
